My friends and I always have a great time together. There is a group of about five of us that do nothing but laugh when we are together and we have been friends since we were in college. We all have kids and families now so we take one night per month to get together and see each other over dinner where we do not have to be rushed. One night we went to a Karaoke bar and one of my friends sang about direct auto insurance and she sounded like a commercial. She had a great time ad libbing the lyrics of the song because she did not have the screen to help her as the screen broke for that one song.
Strengthen the leadership. We used to work the left hemisphere, but to get 100% of our mind is necessary to promote the right and become cerebral ambition. The XXI century leader exceeds the border of reason and emotion to accept the need to listen to your inner voice, which is based on their experiences, their existing knowledge and information accumulated over your life.
Making Decisions. In current times, where things change at breakneck speed, strictly logical analysis reveals insufficient. You must accept that we can not have all the data necessary for the decision more rationally correct, nor the time to look. The route that remains is the intuitive, a skill increasingly valued in organizations.
Select and manage teams. The intuitive leader must surround yourself with a team where the component properly combine rational and the intuitive. In this way, you can combine the spontaneity, innovation and creativity with detailed and rational analysis of the projects.
Identify opportunities. Every entrepreneur should have a high dose of intuition, understood as the ability to go beyond what appears before our vision, pull a thread simply because the smell tells you that there is something.
Improving our ability to influence. Knowing the limits that prevent us take full advantage of our intuition, we can, in turn, identify the reasoning processes of the other and thus influence their decisions. A fundamental skill in marketing.
